"I had a phobia of spiders.  I wasn't just scared, but I couldn't look at them, couldn't watch them on TV and wouldn't look at pictures of them.  I had 4 sessions with Lindsay and I was apprehensive before I started, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and she was really professional.  All my sessions were via zoom during these times, but she made everything very clear, so I found it easy to do and I was able to relax - she has the most calming voice.....it's like she has magical powers!  I have really come a long way since my sessions with Lindsay and I am now able to stay calm in situations, I feel able to cope much better and I even allowed one of our weekly quiz rounds to be pictures of spiders, which I would never have been able to do before.  I have a recording Lindsay gave me to listen to at any time, which not only helps me with my phobia, but calms me in general and helps me to sleep.  If you are thinking about doing something like this to help yourself, I would say, go right ahead....there is no way you will regret it."
